How do I book equipment via the vnty platform?
Select the equipment you want, specify the rental period and complete the booking. You will receive a confirmation by email.
How does the collection and return of equipment at the vnty partybox work?
After your booking, you will receive an access code via email. This allows you to pick up and return the equipment at our vnty partybox during the opening hours of the REWE Center Cologne-Weidenpesch.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
No, we do not require a deposit. You only pay the rental fee and there are no additional costs.
How does the verification of my ID card work?
After ordering, you must verify your ID card once. This step is fully automatic and only takes a few minutes. Verification is only required for the first booking; the rental cannot be started without completed verification.
What happens if I want to return the equipment outside of REWE opening hours?
Returns must be made during REWE opening hours. Returns are not possible outside of these times.
What do I do if I have problems picking up or returning?
